PROJECT:
Consumer web site for Kellogg’s in Greece.
CLIENT:
Max-TM/Kellogg’s
INVOLVED:
Strategy, design & project management
As lead designer I was tasked with understanding client and Greek consumer needs and designing a website to highlight promotions, products, news and an engaging fun section for kids.
During the project I continually liaised with the client making trips to Greece when necessary to understand the market and consumers and to present initial options for approval. From this point we were able to plan the information architecture and design wireframes before creating visual design concepts and going through an iterative refinement process.
During development I project managed the build and worked with the developers to ensure the project was on track and met standards.
The result was a usable, optimised site which is bringing a return for Kellogg’s in Greece.
As well as the redevelopment of the main site, I was also involved in strategy for the annual online marketing budget including ongoing campaign design work and feature content design for Special K and other brands.
